We use both UPS and FedEx ground depending on the manufacturer of the item.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We make every effort to ship in stock items within 24 - 48 hours. However, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may delay this time somewhat. When the items are shipped you will receive tracking information via email.
Do you offer Rush Deliveries?
Our products usually ship out within 24-48 hours but if you need a rush delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Provided the order has not yet been shipped you can cancel an order with no charges. However, if the order has already shipped you must still pay the shipping and handling charges. To cancel an order, please email us at cancellation@beyondlaptopbags.com
