While we make every effort to process your order and ship in stock items within 24- 48 hours, occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may delay this process slightly.  Actual delivery time will vary based on the destination of delivery.  If for some reason an item is backordered or no longer available we will contact you.

Shipping charges on orders over $100.00 are free.
Orders totaling from $0.00 - $49.99 shipping charges will be $9.99.
Orders totaling from $50.00 - $99.99 shipping charges will be $14.99.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

When your order has been successfully processed and shipped you will receive an email verifying that the order has been shipped.  Additional information such as a tracking number and estimated delivery date will also be included in this email.

We stand behind all the products we offer to our customers.  We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items on our website. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return the unused or defective item for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused with all tags attached and accessories included and it must be in the original packaging.  For the holiday season we will extend the return period until February 1st for all items purchased between November 1st and December 25th.
